Suzanne, as she was building HCW over the past 45 years, strived to provide the very best in services and selections to customer online as well as in the store. How to Read a Pattern and Chart for Knitting

    Skill level:  Intermediate
    Skill required:  Cast on, knit, purl

    Maybe you can read written pattern instructions but not a chart.  Maybe you are an expert chart reader but can't figure out how to follow line-by-line written instructions.  Maybe you haven't attempted either!  In this class, we'll look at the basics of how patterns are written, how to read a chart vs. line by line directions, what to do when you can't understand how a pattern works, or if it is not written by an American designer.  If patterns intimidate you or leave you confused....this is the class for you!

     

    CLASS REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION
    1. If you would prefer to sign-up over the phone, call HCW at 707-7396 with credit card information to secure a spot.

    2. There is a $2 cancellation fee. A 5-day notice is required for cancellation without additional penalty. Cancellations made within 5 days of a class are subject to a 50% class charge. Cancellations made the day of class and no-shows are not refundable.

    3.Classes may be cancelled in the event of insufficient sign-ups (less than 3 students) - if we cancel a class you will be notified the week before by phone & will be given a full refund.
