We do our best to mail out all orders within 2 business days of placement. If we expect delays past this point for any reason, we will contact you with additional information.
Most orders are shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail, we can also ship First Class International, Priority Mail International, and Priority Mail Express. Please be aware with express shipping that orders placed after 10:30 am CST may not go out until the following day. If you need it fast, please call the shop at (512) 707-7396 to confirm that we have your items and will be able to get them packed and to the post office the same day.
By special request, we can also ship UPS and Fedex. Please call or email us with your order if you need us to mail items to you via one of these methods.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is packaged. This will be updated one the package leaves our store. Please be aware that tracking is generated before the order leaves us - if you receive a shipping notice on a Saturday or Sunday, for example, it may not reach the post office until our Monday pick-up.
In-store pick-up is available for Texas residents at our brick & mortar shop at 4102 Manchaca Rd in Austin, TX.
When you select this option for shipping, please be sure you will be able to pick-up your order from us. If you later change your mind and wish for us to mail your order you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at (512) 707-7396.
Returns & Exchanges:
We are happy to accept returns for store credit, or exchanges of any yarn that is still in the condition in which it was sold (hanks cannot be accepted for return or exchange once they are wound and we cannot accept a return or exchange of any yarn that has been knit/crocheted/woven with) within 3 months of purchase. Returns for a refund (instead of store credit) are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We cannot refund any shipping costs unless there is an error in your order, and you will be responsible for shipping costs to and from us on exchanges.
For needles, books, looms and other accessories we can only accept returns or exchanges postmarked within 10 days of purchase.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on digital products (pattern pdfs, downloadable books, etc).
Sale items (excluding coupon discounts) are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
