Crochet 101 with Chelsey

Crochet is a fun and great way to dip your toes into the fiber world.  Chelsey will teach you  the basics of crochet including how to choose the right equipment for your desired project, how to hold your tools and yarn, how to create a foundation chain, and how to make a single crochet. This class is for beginners  interested in trying a new craft and expressing yourself through this art. 

Materials Required (can be purchased at Hill Country Weavers before the class):

J hook

1 skein of chunky weight yarn, preferably a light color

A 2 class series - second class meets the following week at the same time.

This class is ALL AGES. Children over 7 are welcome to sign up for the class.

Cancellation Policy

1. If you would prefer to sign-up over the phone, call HCW at 707-7396 with credit card information to secure a spot.

2.  A 5-day notice is required for cancellation without a penalty.  Cancellations made within 5 days of a class will not be refunded.    In the event of insufficient sign-ups (less than 3 students), we will cancel the class and you will be notified and given a full refund.
