Due to incredible response to our closing sale that started Friday, August 1, we no longer have sufficient inventory to support online orders.

Suzanne, as she was building HCW over the past 45 years, strived to provide the very best in services and selections to customer online as well as in the store. She believed that HCW could be "your local yarn store" wherever you lived. She was proud and appreciative of the large following HCW enjoyed. We are grateful for your loyalty and support.

    Take the lustrous, long, bright and very high quality hair of the Angora goat; the fine, soft and elastic  wool of the merino sheep; the sumptuous wool of the  Mongolian  yak; add silk and combine it all with Pascuali´s years of experience in developing high quality natural yarns and you have:  Manada.

    This very special yarn is named Manada  (the Spanish word for "herd") because it is a rare blend of fibres from different natural sources.

    45% Mohair, 25% Silk, 15% Yak, 15% virgin wool

    218 yards / 25 gram

    Gauge: 18 - 22 sts & 28 - 32 rows = 4" on US 1 (2.3mm) - US 6 (4mm) needles

    Care: hand wash, lay flat to dry.
