In the first lace pattern section and in the Lace Panel B section the instructions should have you working the first 8 row repeat twice, and the second 4 row repeat 3 times as follows:
Rows 9-16: Repeat rows 1-8.
Row 17: K2, work Peacock Lace Chart B. k2.
Row 18: K2, p to last 2 sts, k2.
Row 19: Knit.
Row 20: K2, p to last 2 sts, k2
Row 21 â 28: Repeat rows 17 â 20 twice.
