Due to incredible response to our closing sale that started Friday, August 1, we no longer have sufficient inventory to support online orders.

Suzanne, as she was building HCW over the past 45 years, strived to provide the very best in services and selections to customer online as well as in the store.     This scarf is created by a simple lace pattern with alternating yarn-over positions, allowing the fabric to zig and zag! If desired, the ends can be finished with a simple beaded single crochet row.

    Blue Heron Rayon Metallic (85% rayon, 15% metallic; 550 yds/8 oz).
    1 skein, shown in Deep Copper
    OR 480 yds of a DK weight yarn

    gauge
    20 sts and 23 rows = 4" in zig zag pattern.
    Note: Gauge is not critical for this project but your knit fabric should have moderate drape after blocking.

    US 5 (3.75mm) needles
    Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain gauge.

    Size D crochet hook, 44 size 6 seed beads (or any bead of choice as long as they can be threaded onto your yarn).
