Make It Your Own : Set-In Sleeve Sweater Workshop
Learn how to design your own set-in sleeve sweater based on the general charted instructions in The Knitter's Handy Book of Top-Down Sweaters!
In this six-lesson, eight-week online class, I'll guide you through every step from choosing a size and measuring gauge to binding off and finishing your own set-in sleeve sweater, beginning September 21 and ending November 30.
For this class you'll choose between a pullover and cardigan, and between crewneck and V-neck shaping. Examples (shown counterclockwise from upper left above left to right) include my Alita and Eileigh pullovers and Port Townsend Swing Cardigan. Please note that these are examples of the type of sweater you may knit; you will NOT follow the patterns for these or any other published design.
This six-session online class is hosted by Hill Country Weavers of Austin, Texas, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Central Time (6:00 to 8:00 pm Eastern Time; 4:00 to 6:00 pm Mountain Time; 3:00 to 5:00 pm Pacific Time) on Thursdays September 21, 28, October 5, 19, November 9 and 30.
Students will have access to the recorded sessions for seven days following each class.
