16 sts and 24 rows = 4" in stockinette stitch.
45 sts and 34 rows = 8.5" in biased rose pattern, hard blocked.
Note: because biased rose pattern creates a bias fabric, gauge in this pattern is approximate.
needles
US 10 (6 mm) straight or short circular needles for working flat
US 10 (6 mm) 40" or longer circular needles for working edging in the round
1 extra needle of same or smaller size to pick up cast on stitches for join
Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain gauge.
